As I’ve been reviewing the life of LEGO in 2021, I was reminded of Tom Alpin’s wonderful dive into all things LEGO color on Brick Architect. Scouring the internet the last official color palette from LEGO was from 2016. Ryan Howerter is also renowned in this space and his color list, cataloguing of palettes, and color timeline.
Behold the 41 solid colors that were used in 2021, complete with official LEGO IDs and names and BrickLink IDs and names. I’m working on the non-solid colors next (transparent, metallic, etc.) and look forward to sharing that palette once ready.
2022 is already bringing us new colors – so stay tuned.
